City webpages: Your U-Report lists Bird, Lime and VeoRide scooters - "click here for problems, etc." - isn't Bird the only scooter company still licensed? Also, when you look for other scooter info, it shows a YouTube video with a Veo scooter and lists all three companies - Web pages need updated!
There is trash all along the entire stretch of S Basswood Drive on both sides of the road, and there has been for years. I have seen the same trash sitting in the same spots for the entire 3 years that I have lived on this road, and I have never once seen anyone cleaning there. The photo I have attached is only the corner of Basswood and Bloomfield alone. The plastic bag in the tree has been there for over a month now. I would truly appreciate it if someone could clean the trash that is all along the stretch of Basswood Dr on both sides of the road. Thank you.
Describe Pothole or Hazard: Multiple pot holes that have been reported for years. To the point that it’s hitting my rim while driving. There are so many you cannot even dodge them. Huge hazard for animals, elderly and children in the area. Something needs to be done!
Trash bin left by pick up crew in the middle of our driveway. Please don't do that.
Park Ridge neighborhood along E. Morningside Drive - at many corners, Concord, N. Glenwood East, the street asphalt has collapsed causing a steep drop off into the ditch beside the street. One street hazard barricade - need more at all locations. Already submitted a uReport but neighbors have contacted me today and are quite concerned regarding this hazard to walkers, bikes, and autos. Please help -
N/S alley stretching from 11th to 12th that is between and parallel to Grant and Dunn Streets is a jaw-rattling experience. Not a single pothole issue - rather, a candidate for full replacement. This is the same alley that further south is named Harold Street, is between one of the buildings for 800 N. Grant apartments and the 415 E. 11th apartment building, and serves as parking for the latter.

Planet fitness- Just now, the dispenser for the water bottles has black mildew or mold all around it. It’s very gross and a lot of people use it, although it’s dirty and never kept clean. Please send people to check it out

(b) All portions of the exterior of a residential rental unit and its accessory structures shall be maintained in a manner that does not pose a threat to the public health safety or welfare. (c) Exterior wood surfaces on residential rental units and their accessory structures, other than decay-resistant woods, shall be protected from the elements and decay by painting or other protective covering or treatment. (d) All metal surfaces subject to rust or corrosion on a residential rental unit or its accessory structures shall be coated to inhibit such corrosion and all surfaces with rust or corrosion shall be stabilized and coated to inhibit future rust and corrosion. (e) Peeling, flaking and chipped paint on the exterior of a residential rental unit or its accessory structures shall be eliminated and done in accordance with any applicable rules or regulations established by the United States Environmental Protection Agency or the state department of environmental management. (f) Exterior surfaces on residential rental units and their accessory structures shall be maintained free of mold.
