Graffiti is again on all the STOP signs in the Winslow Farm Development area. The City of Bloominngton replaced the signs with STOP signs (white paint with War graffiti underneath), but now vandals have placed War in black paint beneath the STOP signs). Almost all the STOP signs have this (Laurelwood CT,, Laurelwood DR, Bent Tree Dr., Alzelea, etc.).
for the record local and state officials can not fire federal law officers . only us senators , and the president can . Two men got out of two black trucks parked at the entrance of the bike park(where it branches off of Weiner Road. They were in full camo and equipped with hunting equipment entering the Bike park property. Is there anything that can be done to ensure the safety of Bike park goers? Just seems a little unethical and dangerous for them to be hunting on the park land.

I work in an IU office at 914 E Atwater. Our parking area is in the alley behind the building. It is reached through either an east-west or a north-south alley. Most of the houses along the alleys are rental properties; at least one is a private residence. There is a lot of overgrowth from the yards that extends into the alleys. I already have a scratch on my brand-new car because of being brushed by some of that overgrowth as I pulled into a place, having had to swing wide enough to fit in between two cars. Is there anything that can be done about brush that grows into an alley? Am I within my legal rights to bring a lopper to work to cut off the brush and small trees that are narrowing the alleyway? My old car had a number of scratches for the same reason, and I was hoping to avoid it with this one. But no such luck. On a related note, it is difficult and a bit dangerous trying to turn right from the east-west alley onto Faculty. Between the power pole and the overgrowth, visibility is terrible. I am happy to do the trimming if I won't get in trouble either with the city or with the homeowners, but it obviously would be better if the city could do it. There is a Mazda Tribute, that has been parked across the street from my residence since I moved in on August 8th. The vehicle has not moved since I have been moved in, It has flat tires, and looks to be broken. I would like the vehicle to be moved off of the street, as it makes backing out difficult. The vehicle is parked across the street from 1306 W 6th st, Bloomington, IN.
