Portapotty knocked over at dog park; wind today?

The loose ladder on the Olcott Park playground is no longer attached to ground. It looks like the S hooks have been pulled out of the ground attachments and need to be put back in. No one used it while we were there, but it looks like it could be a hazard if someone uses it without realizing it's no longer sturdy. Thanks!
Someone has set up what looks like a junk store on the east side of People's Park up against the bike shop wall.
I am sensitive to the needs of the unhoused and the city needs to be doing much more to protect them and provide them safe living spaces, but it is frustrating to me that I cannot walk my dog in any of the parks near me (Bryan park, switchyard) without feeling unsafe because of homeless people yelling at and following me. Bryan park used to be a safe park.

Partially fallen tree in Olcott park is leaning over our property. Could fall in to our pool and pool filter if it falls. Right behind our house on Pierson ct.
There is a temporary structure erecte D in Seminary Park. This is a violation of city ordinance.
There are two very large and deep muddy puddles in the large dog park area at Switchyard. One is located by the large tree in the center of the park, and the other is located by the sitting area under the green awning. My dog recently got into the muddy water, ate and drank it, and became severely sick for several days. After speaking with several dog owners at the park, this has happened with their dogs too, so it is definitely a health hazard. It is very difficult to keep the dogs away from these areas. This does not seem to be a problem just after rainfall, but most of the time. I ask that they be filled with gravel or fenced off to allow for regrowth and to keep dogs away in the meantime. Thank you!
