One of the vehicles referenced in the 12/13/16 report on this location is still there. Another vehicle is now present. A person had been living in the vehicle, stating that she had been given permission to park/live there from the homeowner at 1127 W 7th St. The police removed the individual but said they could not do anything about the car. Assistance in the removal of both cars would be appreciated.
Street Light in front of the house burned out a couple of nights ago. FYI - I tried the Duke link and they claim not to be responsible for the street lights in our area. Thanks.

There has been a utility cut on E Second, between Eastside Drive and Rose. It was filled in very poorly so now there is an ugly hole in the pavement .
There is a pile of feces next to the bus stop in front of my apartment building. Apartment building: 1715 N College Ave, bus stop for city bus line #1 (next to Steak n Shake on College Ave). The pile has been there for a week next to the bus stop covering on the sidewalk.
Resident called Planning and Transportation to report tree branches are down in the street. They moved them off to the side of the street, but will need to be picked up.
It is stated that this is done but the picture clearly shows where there are still large pot holes that look like a small pond in between our parking lot and the apartment building across. There is obviously water in the large holes so if this needs to be done when it is dry outside I would think that would be the best time to fill it so it is even. The job work done in less than an hour time does not look like an efficient job.
Hello, My name is Julie Abrams. I am part of the St. Charles School Board Commission. I wanted to know if we must have a permit to hold a car show on our school lot as a fundraiser. At the NW corner of Grant and 8th there is a shrub that blocks the view of oncoming traffic when one is waiting at the intersection on Grant heading south. The traffic on 8th is sometimes quite fast, and there are often also parked cars nearby make this a dangerous intersection. It is especially bad during summer when the shrubs are in leaf. They should not just be trimmed but instead removed completely from the corner.
Shrubs on SW corner of intersection of Walnut and 11th make it difficult to see Walnut Street northbound traffic while waiting on 11th to turn left (north) onto Walnut.
