I am not sure who it is or why you are ignoring the rules but if you have decided this person can park anywhere they want or they paid a fee to do so, why don’t you let them park in any of the hundreds if permit-required zoned spots in the area. The other 9999 of us will share this single 15 minute parking space. Who is this and what did they pay to get this free parking pass?
