Excessive Growth

Hello, Yesterday I wrote in to tell you that I am having difficulty selling my house at 1221 W. 6th street because the neighboring house to the east is abandoned and derelict. The near west side is a nice burgeoning neighborhood that is suffering due to the negligent care of this property. I did not mention that it is also filled with pests (namely rats) but also the backyard is overgrown with bamboo. It is a haven for Racoons and other critters. Since I did not hear back from you yesterday I wanted to confirm that this message has been received.
Thank You,
Jacob Kuebler

A low-flying yellow single-engine airplane has been flying at low altitudes directly over the residential area, towing a banner, for hours a day, every day, for the past week or so.
It's just circling for hours, not coming in on approach for landing.
