Pot hole in Sweetbriar in Winslow Farm. Main turn in in the middle of the intersection in Sweetbriar. Has been an issue for three months.

Double charged for parking, November 2017 Hello, I had attempted to contact dalyr@bloomington.in.gov, as I was advised by the City of Bloomington Parking Garage that I need to provide information to R. Please, reading about Bloomington traffic, we are SO SLOW HERE (though need to obey lights better) so do not slow further. Can absolutely slow neighborhoods but the entire city shouldn't be neighborhood. There is essentially no E/W route. Traffic is worse for a town this size than any I have ever visited (have visited many). Thanks! We need real roads. Can grid some slow places but need more arterials.
