This isn't a functional problem - it's a behavioral one. As I walked past the building on the NE corner of Morton and W 10th St, there was a man (who I'm assuming was employed by that building) using a leaf blower to blow a significant amount of debris into the storm drain on that corner. I asked him not to do that and why, but he continued to do it after I left. I don't know if there's anything that can be done, but I just wanted to share this with you!

Large pile of brush has been sitting at the SW corner of Lincoln and 10th for weeks. Appears to be in ROW.

Residents at 533 N Lincoln have made a trash pile on 10th Street side of their property. There is an IU home football game this weekend and hundreds of people will be driving and walking by the trash on Saturday. Not good. Can you help get the trash cleaned up?

See case #204983. That one was for a "For Rent" sign put up by Brawley in the ROW in front of 508 N. Washington. Apparnetly, they have been informed but they have done nothing about it and the sign remains after a month. Now, "Cedarview" (+ "10th & College") has done the same thing - signs in the ROWs all over town. Lincoln/10th, for example, but others downtown. The question is: since these signs have been left on public property, are they considered trash? And if so, can anyone just pick them up and toss them in a dumpster? Give us permission to do that and we will be happy to take care of them as residents and not wait the weeks (months!) for HAND or Planning to address the issue with the perpetrators.

Multiple potholes on East Earl Young Road between Wellston Drive and State Road 45. The potholes are causing traffic to drive across the centerline on both hills that are on E Earl Young Road.

The city has been through my neighborhood but did not plow the half circle I live in. There are 5 homes on this half circle and we are all stuck until this gets taken care of.

I live in a neighborhood and I am located on a half circle. The snow plows have been through my neighborhood multiple times and have ignored our half circle. This happens every time we get snow. A report has to be made before they plow our half circle.

There are homeless encampments in the shut down parking lot of Arby's. The encampments have been growing daily and causing concerns for nearby businesses.
