Traffic was backing up on Countryside lane due to Summit Elementary School. MCCSC staff, without a stop sign or proper PPE, stepped into the road and told me I needed to wait in line or turn around. I explained that I wasn’t here to wait in the parent line; I was just traveling toward Adam's Street. She then stood in front of my car and forced me to turn around. This doesn't seem legal and should be addressed.
Why are these people allowed to have 4ft talk grabs and half a tree fallen over on the power lines for more than a month?! This is ridiculous

There are 4 grade schoolers and a toddler living at 1402 W 8th. Several residents in Waterman push strollers. A blind man and his service dog walk to/from his home on West 8th. Drivers occasionally reach 50 mph on 8th street. A "slow children" sign might slow them down.
Trash throughout this corner lot.
