Lawn way overgrown. You can actually drive around the whole Westpointe neighborhood and cite people. There's a lot of do-minimal type people living here with overgrown lawns, composting grass and material in the lawns, etc.
In front of roughly 800 E University is a pothole. Your inspectot can use the blue house in the photo to find it. Thanks!

Sidewalk is in great need of repair. Can the landlord's rental permit be revoked (or at least not renewed) until the sidewalk is repaired?
This house is notorious for looking crappy. The "lawn" is rarely cut/maintained. It is now beyond overgrown.
