Cynthia owns property just north of Bryan Park at 818 E Maxwell. On Bryan Park property just south of her property there are 4 drainage tiles that have collapsed. Holes are 6-12in deep in area that has not been mowed.
I was at a cookout at Bryan Park this past week and noticed the orange slide near the shelter on the Woodlawn avenue side isn't very sturdy. The top of the slide where it connects to the rest of the structure only has one bolt and it looks as if it should have 4. A man there commented on how "treacherous" it was and wouldn't let his daughter play on it.
The streets were plowed very poorly, leaving only about one car-width of cleared road in many places. There are many blind hills and corners which makes this very hazardous. Also, my all wheel drive car got stuck in this snow when I moved over for a car coming in the other direction. Please replow the roads as soon as possible. Thank you.
Neighbor called in to HAND to report excessive growth and that the yard is full of construction materials. Caller is concerned that the property may be abandoned and would like a Compliance Officer to drive-by. The caller said he reported this property several times last year. We had the water meter turned off due to a line break. Our plumber tells us the meter itself is shatter and will need to be replaced.
several potholes in the eastbound side of Rhorer Rd, east of Walnut St Pike
There is a pothole on the South side of Rhorer road (near a driveway, on the edge of the road) when heading east on Rhorer road from the intersection of S Walnut Street Pike & Rhorer Road. Traffic has to swerve due to its size. During rush hour it can get a little dicey.
W Rosewood Dr in Northwood Estates has several pot holes. You should probably check the entire street since the pot holes cover more than the address range listed. Some are of considerable depth. The west side of Kinser Pike between Rosewood and the Road to North High School athletic fields also has several at the edge of the road.
There is a bunch of what appears to be trash in this yard, and has been for almost a week now.
The grass is over the limit for the city and action should be taken.
