Multiple unhoused people are beginning to gather behind the residential dumpster and by the mail boxes. They hang out for awhile and then it evolves into them setting up camps and tarps, etc. often results in disturbances in the early morning hours. This is not the first time this has happened. Drug use and evidence of drug use was found. Do not want criminal charges or anything, just for them to not set up In our backyard.

Traffic light timing is way off, only letting 2-3 cars through before turning red again. The turn lane from Patterson into 3rd has been backed up quite a bit, this will likely cause delays in traffic this coming week due to 2nd st lane closures
