No photo, unfortunately. I commute south on I-69 regularly, and a white four-door with a black hood has been on the margin of the north-bound lane for at least 2.5 days now.

Tree limbs block the sight of the stop signs on BOTH sides of eastbound E 11th Street at N Park Ave from a distance. The signs are not visible until a moving vehicle is at them, which poses a hazard.
Plants are starting to block sidewalk. This has happened before at this same location. Not obvious which house is responsible, 723 (privately owned) or the property just to the west (715, IU-owned.) Side note: the uReport map has the address listed as "805 N. Park", but the porch is facing 11th and the address on the house says "723".
At the intersection of Olde Mill Court and Olde Mill Circle, as you enter Olde Mill Circle, at the base of the incline that is Olde Mill Circle, the entire length across is potholes of many different sizes and depths. The last time there was an attempt to fix it, it was not done well and the issues returned within days. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
Vehicle continually parked on city gras
Dead raccoon on Patterson between W. Allen St. And W. 2nd St.
This is more of a question really. A neighbor has claimed quite a bit of land that is listed as city property, but claims because she mows it, it is hers. It seems the city agrees, because for years they've allowed only her to use the site. Is this true? I have close to half an acre behind my house the city isn't using it maintaining at all. I would really like to expand my current property into that area. I'd hate to put all that work in though before knowing if I would get the same deal with the city my neighbor has.
