My trash didn’t get picked up. This is about the 4th time this year. It was on the side of the road right next to the recycling (which did get picked up). I have 4 kids at home I can’t go a whole week without my trash being picked up. Please help!!

Intersection of E. Canada Drive & Claybridge Drive: Storm grate & drainage structure deteriorating. Hole has opened up in the pavement on the north side of the grate & grate is sinking into the pavement. See attached photo.

A blue PT cruiser has been parked in the street in front of my house since at least Tuesday 4/15. My neighbors report that it was first parked there Sunday 4/13. We were out of town, came back and saw this car parked here 4/15. We have not seen anyone coming or going to this car. It’s a nuisance because it’s blocking part of the road. License plate #D691PC.

Street light flickers on and off

There is a need for a streetlight on Buttonwood Lane in Spicewood II off Sare Road. Once you turn south at the "T" going toward Elderberry, there are no streetlights at all. This is a safety issue for those of us who live on Buttonwood. Can it be addressed?

The sidewalks on our street are dangerously raised. This issue was first reported about two years ago, and we also notified city crews in person when they were here for other work on our street. The sidewalks are used daily by children in our cul-de-sac, which makes this a serious safety concern. Additionally, tree roots are growing under the sidewalks and into our front yard. Our lawn care provider even expressed concern that his equipment could be damaged by the exposed roots. These issues require immediate attention from the city. The sidewalk is hard to use due to plant overgrowth and children attending Binford and Rogers have to walk or ride bikes on the uneven grass in order to get to/from school.
