horrid, raw sewage smell coming from the south side of the bypass, at the bridge over old 37
Hi, I would like to report that I frequently smell sewer gas (most fragrant in the evenings) while walking on the sidewalk between 2815 and 2901 E. Winston Street, Bloomington, 47401
location is GOURLEY PIKE (my address is 917) horrible stench inside MANY homes on Friday 2/22/13 and yesterday 2/25/13 - toilets empty, bathtubs stained from backup. Odor enough to make you vomit - usually it stinks outside in our neighborhood - now it's ok outside, awful inside. I've talked to three other homeowners on the street - same problem, same days. HELP!
Friday and Monday I came home to a house full of nasty sewer gasses. My toilet and bathtub trap had been sucked dry of water. I've spoken to my neighbors and it's happening all up the street. My address is 903 W. GOurley Pike. (Your location map is confused.) I have a sickly cat at home and I am seriously concerned that if this continues he may die.
Sewer gas backup into home. Excessive smell for the past 15 hours.
Noticed water on top of the water meter in my parent's front yard at 3221 N Kingsley Drive, 47404. Could there be a leak at the water meter?
I have attempted to call several of the numbers listed on your website and have not had any success. I am trying to report a leak that needs to be addressed outside of our property located at 10047 Linden Ave. There are several valves under large metal plates that are overflowing into the street. We are requesting assistance with shutting them off and repairing them. We believe that those are water lines owned by the city. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me regarding this matter. I would appreciate any help you could provide.
I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide. Consistent standing/pooling water in the former Mike's Carwash lot. Increased mosquito issues and stale, stagnant standing water should be remediated immediately.
