My neighbor at address 2131 S Bent Tree Drive just reported two dead trees on City property that are leaning towards both of our houses. Within the past 10 mins, another dead tree just split in half and half of it fell against other trees leaning towards our homes. There is an abandoned e-bike (blue in color) that is located on the grass/sidewalk across the South Highland/Willie Streeter Community Gardens. This e-bike has been there for over a month. Who is responsible for moving these to a proper location? What a mess.

Caller to HAND through an ASL Interpretor needed assistance filing a uReport and says: There is ice at the bus stop of the southeast YMCA and because of this it is causing walking issues.

Early morning on Monday 1/6/14 a city snow plow somehow got his blade extended past the curb at the front of my property and plowed up as much as 30 to 40 SF of sod from the area between the back of the curb and the sidewalk. I suppose legally this area is city ROW, but it will still need to be repaired come next spring. Thank you in advance for your help.
