The street light in front of my neighbors house in front of 422 E University is intermittent. It turns itself off at random times and then comes back on a few minutes later. This problem has persisted for several months. I tried reporting this online to Duke Energy, but their online tool doesn't show a street light on this block, so I'm hoping you can find out who takes care of this light and forward the information to the appropriate people. This car has been parked in the same spot since around April of this year, it has not moved since. I have not seen anyone enter the vehicle as well. It is parked in a spot directly outside my place which blocks where people can park also there are hornet nest inside and mold growing. please help!

I am unsure of the exact address but I have included the general area with an address according to the map. Since I have moved in on June 15, the neighbor has a dog that is kept outside that constantly barks extremely loudly. This occurs at all hours of the day and has even woken me up in the morning as it is loud enough to be heard inside the house. It has also prevented me from sitting on my back porch as it is so loud and constant. I am unsure if any neglect is present, this is mainly a noise public nuisance issue.

This neighbor is insane. His yard is a trash dump. He burns garbage in his yard every morning. He has spikes with helmets on them. He has a tent in his front yard. His driveway looks like a dumpster. Please do something to help our neighborhood not have to deal with this every day.
