Hello, At 7:30am, someone began jack-hammering the sidewalk immediately outside my apartment window at 222 N College Ave. There are several apartments facing that sidewalk at this location, and it is directly across the street from the Hilton Hotel. In other words, since many people may be trying to sleep in this area, it seems a bit unreasonable to start something so loud before 8am. Thanks for your attention to this matter. Recycling bin rejected 3 weeks in a row, has been parked by the road the entire duration. Pile of waste in front yard as well.

Water meter cover at the given address is broken and dropped into the service well. Apologies if this is a duplicate. Looks like construction equipment from nearby site may have run over the cover, resulting in the situation.
