Hello, I live near the Building Trades Park. For at least the past six weeks, the shelter nearest the playground has been consistently occupied by the same three to six individuals. They are most likely homeless. About three weeks ago, they became violent with our neighbors, and the police were called twice. Two individuals in the group displayed a knife and a metal pole. Arguments seem to keep breaking out. These individuals also frequently have one to two dogs with them, which are not leashed. If other residents wished to use this shelter, they cannot. This group is there from at least 7am (when I leave my house in the mornings) until the park closes around 11pm. I don't feel safe knowing that this group has claim "turf" as if the shelter is their home. I've voiced my concerns with a Park Department Employee who told me that the group is entitled to stay there. This is a public park, not their home. I have lived on Howe Street for the past two years, and this has never been a problem. However, I do not feel safe anymore. Please address this issue. Thank you for your time.

Recently, I reported some damage to the E. Regents Circle street, which the City immediately fixed. The repair work was OUTSTANDING, by the way! The promptness and quality of the repair work was spot-on ... many thanks to the City! However, after a few months we've noticed that the asphalt used for the repair appears to now be "separating" from the original pavement of the East edge of street (see attached photo). Our concern is that as winter approaches, there will be opportunities for water/snow/ice to accumulate, freeze, and actually cause *more* damage to the original repair work. Street lite has been out for a long period on the corner of Davis and grant St (1101 south grant street) we have had several crime activities in this area and would appreciate the area being lit

At least half a dozen times since the new bike lanes were created on Third Street near Jordan Avenue, I have been driving westbound on Third Street, stopped at the light at Jordan, in the right lane, with my right turn signal on, only to have someone pass me on the right, driving in the bike lane (and sometimes proceeding to turn right on red at a "No turn on red" sign). I saw two cars in a row do this today. The lane markings seem clear enough to me, but a lot of people are evidently not understanding them. Can anything be done to make it clearer that that is not a drive lane?

The curb cut has turned into a sink hole at the southwest corner of 9th and IN. The sidewalk on the opposite corner (north side of 9th between Indiana and Fess) is also a problem.

Are mopeds and motorcycles allowed to use the 7th street tunnel under the bypass? Today, I saw two (orange scooter and a black-mini-motorcycle thing with a skull and crossbones on front, each coming from different directions) using the tunnel.
