Traffic signal not working properly at East 10th street and North Union. This signal is cycling through incorrectly and backing up eastbound traffic to Jordan Ave during peak times.
210 w gordon pike large pothole
I am not sure who to ask about this. I am the head of the neighborhood association Elm Heights. We have had a lot of work done by the gas company both this and last year and we were wondering if they will be patching up all the wholes in the sidewalks and streets and what the time line we can expect? We know the bad weather and winter can be a problem with this and I just need something to pass on to people who are worried they may be responsible. I can send you photos and addresses if you need them. In general it is 2nd street between Lincoln and Henderson, Henderson near 2nd and some other cross streets. Also the parallel street Hunter Ave. Thank you so much, Jenny Southern
big hole, crater, felt like I lost my front end.
Large pothole in the north bound lane.
Large potholes in the east and west bound lanes very close together
There are two potholes on South Walnut Street Pike that are deep enough that they've possibly cracked my wheel. I will be going to get it checked this week. The first one is in the south-bound lane just south of the Rhorer Road intersection. The second one is in the north-bound lane one mile (or less) north of Fairfax Road.
Cars ZOOM down 12th Street, especially early in the mornings when they are racing to work. This is because there are NO stop-signs between Indiana and Walnut. I would like a stop sign at 11th and Lincoln, or better yet a round-about.
It IS IMPOSSIBLE to see oncoming traffic if I stop before the crosswalk on 9th and College. This is because the "German American Bank" building was built right up against the sidewalk (who allowed such an idiotic design???) Perhaps one of those big convex mirrors could be installed on the NE corner of Smallwood so that drivers could see what they are about to enter. Or at least move the marking on the street where cars are supposed to stop.
