Large trees-of-heaven on the west property line.
Large trees-of-heaven on the west property line.
Trees damaged by storm in late June, large Hackberry on Allen St split and broken limbs hanging over street from several trees on Palmer St side.
Hello! I noticed that there are plenty of recycling options on Kirkwood, but almost none on the half right outside of the Sample Gates until you get to around FARM (I know because I had something to recycle and walked until I found a recycling bin). I think having a few more recycling options in this area would be helpful, especially considering all the recycling people might have coming out of places like Chipotle and the Pourhouse. I really hope you consider doing this!
A grey honda cr-v has been blocking our alley for months. The alley is between 8th and 9th streets and Indiana and Dunn.
There is a road construction sign that has been laying turned over in the grass for weeks at United Commerce Bank (on 3rd Street between College & Walnut) that needs to be stood up or removed. Thank you!
Yard is out of control and completely overgrown.
Several cars without parking permits are consistently parking in Neighborhood Zone 2 permit-only spaces. I paid for a Zone 2 parking permit and I cannot find a parking spot on Swain Ave. (where I live) because they are almost all filled with non-permitted vehicles. I'd like to request stricter enforcement of parking laws in Zone 2.
Bedrak Café- will tow vehicles after hours for $200.00. Their signs are nowhere near the parking spots that are considered 'private'.
Can we extend the left turn arrow interval for west bound Patterson onto Rogers so more than three cars can make it through the intersection while Country Club is closed?
This summer the city installed speed cushions and bump-outs in Park Ridge East along Morningside Drive. Native trees and shrubs were planted as part of this greenway improvement project. We experienced what seems to have been vandalism last night—the dogwood tree that the city installed in the traffic bump-out in front of our house was snapped off. It doesn’t appear to be the type of damage a deer would have caused (photo attached) which would be the only other explanation. Will the city be replacing this tree?
