This may have been reported already and maybe fixed. I have not checked since 9am this morning when I drove by (and forgot to file a report until now at 2:30pm). On Country Club Drive in the eastbound lane there is a large pot hole. It is west of the B-Line trail crossing and back up the hill. You can't miss it if you head out there.

Over the past months we have been experiencing too much sediments in the water. We have reported this last year and it improved a little bit. However the issue is getting worse and worse over time. And now, today there is not even water.

Lower door wide open, upper door open but storm door closed. Officers (six) arrived and cleared the house, Windows are still unlocked and storm windows may be opened as they are not closed in place on nearly all windows. Please make contact with the owner and request that they close all windows and check the two doors so they may be closed and locked. I have mentioned to you in the past, on the lower door, stone wall has fallen and mud prevents storm door to close. This needs attention. Please be more aggressive in your home owner contact. Monitoring this house and follow up on securing the house is now using Police time and resources. Plus my time and others neighbors concern that the house is being entered by homeless and others trespassers. It appears a mess inside and needs attention. If you cannot get results on this homeowner's negligence, see history back to 2004 where the city has sited issues, I will follow up with the Mayor and City legal. This needs to be solved to hold the homeowner accountable for action before something bad happens; house fire, frozen water pipes, trespassers cause issues. If you can, please tell me who the homeowner is and their contact information. I am willing to contact them to discuss issues (as the Neighborhood Association representative) - plus Bloomington Police wish to make contact. A report from a neighbor identifying a storm culvert issue: a bicycle is in the ditch and about to enter the storm drain area that runs under the N. Glenwood West street. Need COB staff to pull the object out of the storm culvert and dispose of it. Thanks - Neighbor report to me: In addition to leaves clogging pipes on Morningside that have sent water and leaves into the street, Matt has a red bicycle stuck in the concrete chute emptying water from his front yard into the ditch and the exit under the street. It needs to be dragged out of there before it goes into the culvert under Glenwood West.
When my recycling was picked up this Wednesday the lid to my container was broken. See break in picture above. Requesting a new can with functional lid or new lid. Thank you.
The intersection at Boathouse and Forrester could probably use a 4-way stop now that bushes and parked cars can block the view when turning left from Forrester to get to Sare. Can be difficult to pull out while not seeing oncoming cars.
Large pothole/damage to the street occurred something in the past 17 days (we were out of town starting 1 June and it wasn't there when we left). Someone did something that seems to have ripped up two layers of pavement. This pothole has the additional feature of being right at the end of our angled driveway, so now it's much harder to avoid scrapping the bottom of the car when pulling in and out. So even a short term quick fix would be appreciated if possible. Thanks, Carrick Rogers
