The street apron at the entrance to Leonard Springs Nature Park is badly eroded, to the point where vehicles can bottom out and scrape against the edge of the remaining asphalt. This happens even when turning very slowly and carefully into the park. I believe it needs to be filled in with road base and topped with asphalt or concrete. Thanks!
hello again - i didnt want to overload one email topic so i apologize of sending three different ones is not a good thing------ In stadium Crossing (varsity villas) complex that varsity lane runs through, there are several either missing or faded no parking signs on the left side of the road (the no parking side). Please, if able add or replace. thanks
The first speed limit sign on 3rd/46 east of 446/Brusters is obscured by a tree branch.
The stretch of road between Highway 45 and Fullerton Pike on West Leonard Springs Road is full of broken portions of pavement and potholes that make this road very difficult to drive and it is only a matter of time before significant damage is done to someones car

There are multiple potholes on 18th & Dunn St.
Light at state rd 46 and N Smith Pike has crosswalk signal stuck on so traffic is constantly waiting for nonexistent pedestrians. Its been this way for several days now. This is a recurring problem.

A leaking water valve related to lawn irrigation system was discovered during inspection of the system. Apparently was leaking for several summer months. It had a slow leak when system was idling but had a significant leak when irrigation was occurring. I am requesting a bill adjustment for at least September and October water and sewer service, though the problem likely started in July.
