Edge of road peeled off just before SOCC.

Street is down to the gravel layer in large areas along E Cedarwood Cir between E Cedarwood Dr and Claybridge Dr. The road will not hold up under this winter's snow plowing. Please re-pave or, at the very least, patch the road here. This problem was reported in spring and no action was taken by the city. The problem is a LOT worse now that it was in the spring.
The lights between Patterson and Curry on W 3rd are very poorly timed and are causing a consistent traffic back log.
There is offensive graffiti on the bypass B-Line trail (the trail across from the main B-Line trail light post 9 or so). There are multiple places where swastikas, swear words, and mentions of "white power" are spray painted on the paved trail. Please remove/cover this immediately.

This house ha excessive trash all over the back yard facing the B line (some bagged, some loose, piles of pallets, old mattresses, etc.) There also appear to be at least two groups of people camping/squatting on the property, while the back windows of the house have "KEEP OUT, NO TRESPASSING" signs. It's an eye sore and a safety hazard.
Homeless encampment and piles of trash in the yard
Garbage like plastic sheets (like a tarp), shoes, sandals, and food containers in the retention ponds.
Over 10 people animala barking constantly criminal activities
There are homeless people living in makeshift structures in the backyard of this property. There is trash everywhere. There are vehicles everywhere. This needed to be addressed immediately. I don't know if the home is abandoned or what is going on. You can see all of this from the b line trail.
