There are two deep potholes on the downhill entrance to Cascades Park. Lots of bicycles go down this hill at a high rate of speed. This is a very bad place for two deep potholes. Since they could cause a serious accident they should be taken care of as soon as possible. 627 N Morton St (owned by Fuchs Investments) The alleys to the south and (especially) the west of this building are in very bad shape. The south alley mostly needs gravel - we've had to add gravel along the edge so that tenants can access the parking. On the west alley, it is full of potholes and very difficult to drive on, especially pulling onto that alley from the other alley.
We have a pothole at the entrance to our Salvation Army parking lot on Rogers st. I think it's close enough to the street that it's city property.
During the evening of April 12th around 10:30 pm, I was driving home in the south bound lane when we hit a pothole right after house number 8495 on North Old State Road 37. Both of my rims on the passenger side were bent because of the pothole.
