1623 buffstone court is overgrown yard with weeds and a roof that hasn’t been repaired in 2 years. The resident used to take care of his place. He is either unable or doesn’t care. Neighbors have tried to talk to him about it via text. He doesn’t respond. We are tired of it. Please help.

This is not a concern just a question- how do you decide where to put bus shelters? I live near Walmart and see there is a bus shelter near walmart on the Leonard Springs side but no shelter at the stop in front of Walmart on the 2 nd st side. Just curious as to how bus shelter locations are decided.
Didn't finish about the ailanthus: It's in a residential are BUT I believe that that retention pond belongs to the City and therefore could be removed by the City
There is a long wire hanging from a pole into the yard at the corner of 2nd St and Eastside Dr. It is the southeast corner. It is quite long and I am hoping not a live wire.
