Greetings--I live at 706 W. Sixth St. Account # 4191-011. I am out of town for the summer. My water was shut off for non-payment back in June. Account is now current. How do I get the water turned back on?

I deliver papers in the Gentry Honors neighborhood. There may be a water line break/leak near the intersection of Fenbrook and Sara, just past the stop sign. It's near a new home construction but beside an empty lot. There is a layer of ice about 5 inches thick and covering a portion of the street to the storm drain. It appears to be coming from the grassy/wooded area but is not normal runoff from rain, I think--I've never seen that much water run and it's getting bigger by the day. Just wanted to lyk in case it's a city water issue.

apparent water line leak on Park Ridge road about 50 feet south of Morningside in front to condos. Water is flowing between sidewalk and street near the water meter.

Water Dept: Help please: I am a Bloom City water customer. My water pressure dropped to almost nothing the evening of Dec 17, 2013 at approximately 7:30pm. For the past few days I have noticed moisture apparently coming from under the street at the corner of my yard in the Linden Hill subdivision. The gutter in front of my mailbox seems to have a small amount of water present when no other standing water is visible in the neighborhood. Looks like an underground leak which needs to be investigated. Not bad now but could get worse. Thanks.
