There is a crab apple tree that appears to be dying on the tree plot (between sidewalk and street) on West 13th Street in the 700-block (around 715). Is this on city property or is this the home owner's responsibility?
Regarding the new trash pickup system, what payment arrangements will be in effect for a resident like me who travels a lot for business? I am out of Bloomington for at least 4 months of the year, when I will have no trash for pickup. MMcG
For north/south traffic, neither left-turn arrow works. For traffic moving west, the left turn arrow always comes on whether or not there is traffic in that lane or not. I have not noticed a problem with eastbound left turn lane but that's not to say it doesn't have a problem as well. :)
The entrance of the alley off of Howe heading South has a few potholes and loose gravel. It is the alley between 521 and 601 W Howe.
On 4th Street slightly West of Dunn on the North side of the Street a meter is broken. Put two quarters in and nothing happened.
The sign on College Mall Rd right before Hillside that says "Right lane must turn right" is totally obscured by foliage. Thanks for your attention to this.
Street light is out. Can you please get this light to work again. It is really the only light in a very dark area.
The housing to the red beacon at Rhorer and Old 37 is broken. There are two large pieces lying somewhat in the intersection. Light is still functioning.
I realize you're busy, but these streets have not been plowed one time. If anyone could just run through once, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Alley (and especially mouth of alley) needs plowing. Motorists frequently get stuck here if it does not get plowed.
