Specifically I am doing feasibility research for opening a coffee roasting company in Bloomington and I need to know what regulations exist within the city and what remediation may be involved. Hello! I live just off of the intersection of 5th Street and Bryan Avenue, right next to the IU Raintree House. I've noticed that one of the stop signs at the four way stop is missing, the post and all. I've seen people driving right through without stopping, and then realized that the sign was completely gone. It is the stop sign on the north east side of the intersection. Just wanted to let somebody know. Thank you for your help!

Traveling north or south on Fee Lane and in the left turn lane, to turn onto 17th St., you don't get the left turn arrow when light turns green. I work at I.U. and thought it was a fluke at first but it's been this way for at least a week. Thanks
