I work in an IU office at 914 E Atwater. Our parking area is in the alley behind the building. It is reached through either an east-west or a north-south alley. Most of the houses along the alleys are rental properties; at least one is a private residence. There is a lot of overgrowth from the yards that extends into the alleys. I already have a scratch on my brand-new car because of being brushed by some of that overgrowth as I pulled into a place, having had to swing wide enough to fit in between two cars. Is there anything that can be done about brush that grows into an alley? Am I within my legal rights to bring a lopper to work to cut off the brush and small trees that are narrowing the alleyway? My old car had a number of scratches for the same reason, and I was hoping to avoid it with this one. But no such luck. On a related note, it is difficult and a bit dangerous trying to turn right from the east-west alley onto Faculty. Between the power pole and the overgrowth, visibility is terrible. I am happy to do the trimming if I won't get in trouble either with the city or with the homeowners, but it obviously would be better if the city could do it. Two men got out of two black trucks parked at the entrance of the bike park(where it branches off of Weiner Road. They were in full camo and equipped with hunting equipment entering the Bike park property. Is there anything that can be done to ensure the safety of Bike park goers? Just seems a little unethical and dangerous for them to be hunting on the park land.

for the record local and state officials can not fire federal law officers . only us senators , and the president can . Graffiti is again on all the STOP signs in the Winslow Farm Development area. The City of Bloominngton replaced the signs with STOP signs (white paint with War graffiti underneath), but now vandals have placed War in black paint beneath the STOP signs). Almost all the STOP signs have this (Laurelwood CT,, Laurelwood DR, Bent Tree Dr., Alzelea, etc.).

Traffic light at College Mall Rd and Covenanter Drive is not cycling properly. The left turn loops or cameras are not working properly for traffic turning left from College Mall Rd onto Covenanter. The light is only allowing three to four cars to turn left for just six seconds. This causes southbound traffic on College Mall Rd to back up all the way to Burger King.

Patterson traffic lights at West 2nd have never been green long enough. This causes traffic to back up on Patterson and people running the red light to get through the intersection. Patterson needs another 5 seconds of green for the left turn arrows and 5 more seconds green to cross 2nd Street. This would allow another 3-5 cars through the intersection each cycle. Most of the time there's no traffic on 2nd Street while the Patterson lights are red.

There is a hole in the pavement at the intersection of Ruby and Covenanter, where there is a seam in the pavement. Very annoying when you turn onto Ruby from Covenanter.
