There are LOTS of potholes on S. Sare Road between E Rogers Rd and E Rhorer Rd. Please fill these as ASAP. Also, please have builders to take care of the damages they have caused during construction (Porto Flats).
Hello there, My name is Yuzhen, and I live in Kensington park. We have been enjoying the Schmalz Farm Park in the neighborhood. My son loved to play in the playground in the park. He is a big kid now, and he likes sport more. So do his friends in the neighborhood! It seems to me that most of the parks in Bloomington have some kind of sports facility (neat!). I wonder if the city has any plan for building sports facility in the Schmalz Farm Park (a basketball court would be lovely, but any kind of sports facility will be great:)). Latimer woods trail has a tree dropping dangerously large limbs onto the trail. Taking the trail clockwise, the tree is on the left just past the footbridge.
My neighbor's yard (weeds) at 3115 E Kensington Park Drive is excessively high. My house on S. Forrester backs up to this yard. This has continuously been an issue since the present owners moved in. I understand that they had a fire last summer and I mowed it for them throughput the fall, but they have moved back into their house and I would appreciate them taking appropriate care of their yard.

I live on a narrow road that is circular. One way in; one way out. There are 10 homes on our road and 2 of the homes have small children. I like to be able to take my dogs for a walk on our road as well. Because of our wooded area, the heavy brush and the turns in the road, it is VERY difficult for a driver to see very far ahead of them or supposedly to drive more than 15 miles an hour safely. Many visitors and delivery/service people don't seem to be able to be cautious despite the conditions. At my own expense would like to post a sign that is 24" X 18" on or near a large tree that faces the entrance to my neighborhood. It doesn't appear that any one person owns the property that the tree is on. I wonder if I can legally do this or do I have to get permission from the street department? There is not a sidewalk and as I said, there road is barely passable for 2 vehicles. My dogs and I have had to run to find a safe place to be before cars come flying towards us or from behind.
