Hello: This Honda is parked nearly every evening, as well as over the weekend, on the 300 block of S Jackson. Photo attached Not sure where the person goes when they leave the car here, but they inevitably leave bags of garbage behind. This has been going on for about 6 weeks now and we are sick of cleaning up large amounts of trash. Perhaps one of the Neighborhood Resource Officers could come by and talk with her one evening? On July 18, the crews trimming the trees on our street accidentally pruned the speed limit sign. Can it be replaced?

The city has removed a recent encampment by the corner of Wylie and S Walnut. The person camping and blocking the sidewalk along the wood fence by the second house from the corner on the north side of Wylie has been allowed to remain despite having built a permanent campsite with increasing belongings for many weeks now. This campsite is used daily including overnight which is against city policies.

There are massive Poison ivy and Chinese privet in their property and it grows over my house property. I tried to cut them my end but it always comes back

Sidewalk not passable on Wylie Street side due to overgrowth of residential greenery. This house is often unoccupied.

Excessive yard growth on front, fenced in, and sides of home. Assumed height of excessive growth in front is 5-7 feet, 12-16" in fenced ik area, and varying growth heights near/by trash cans. Driveway also has excessive weed/overgrowth and is overall an unsightly state. Have seen on a few occasions that trash cans get left as shown in picture, as well as trash/debris is common to be seen in driveway. I had other pictures to better show the driveway but can only submit one picture I think.

Following the fiber optic utility work done the week of July 23rd we are experiencing bubbling and slow drainage and back flow throughout our house. We have ran snakes through the drains and have found no blockages within our property.
