The City (?) plowed the alley to the east of 321 S Eagleson, creating a mound blocking several parking places. Two-fold request if this is in fact a City plow: 1) Please move the mound a little further north to open up private property parking behind 321 S Eagleson. 2) Please advise your plows to refrain from plowing additional snow and blocking the parking areas behind 321 S Eagleson's private parking areas. Vegetation is growing over the sidewalk on the Maple Street side of house. Sidewalk is impassible the entire length. You have to walk out in the street. Looks terrible and is a safety issue.
