north side of the 1200 block of Wylie Street. Entire sidewalk and curb needs repair or replacement.
The street light at the corner of West Kirkwood & Jackson isn't lighting up properly---or staying lit. It's on the south side of the street in front of that new guitar shop. We need more light there--especially for those of us who wait at that bus stop early in the morning. Thanks.
This page: http://bloomington.in.gov/sustainabledevelopment Has a link to "Personal Emissions Calculator (EPA)" that is broken: http://www.epa.gov/climatechange/wycd/calculator/ind_calculator.html The correct URL is this: http://www.epa.gov/climatechange/ghgemissions/individual.html
Several very large potholes at exit from Trotters Run towards Winston, by cobblestones.
A new sidewalk in this area was installed, but the road doesn't seem to be finished. There are huge potholes and it is unsafe for bikes, pedestrians, and vehicles.
One way sign at the corner of Karen St. and Southdowns Ave. has been twisted to indicate that Karen is one-way rather than Southdowns Ave
I live at 3172 S. Cuffers Drive, Bloomington, and I have recently been ill with gasteroenteritis on three different occasions. The most recent, being currently, I had to visit the hospital. The doctor suggested that my water quality needs tested. I'm not sure who to contact or how to go about such a thing. Could someone please help? Thanks, Savannah
I have seen on multiple occasions in the past two weeks many small rats and large mice running about in the parking lot at the old post office building, across the street from the downtown church and bus stop. This problem should be addressed as soon as possible so that the rodents do not venture out and make homes for themselves down the street (where I live) and towards our beautiful downtown and 4th Street. Rodents are unsightly and, more importantly, a public health hazard, and I would hate to see them get out of hand. Thanks in advance for taking action on this issue.
The storm grate has been eroded around the edge and there is a large hole on the side. This should be filled in as soon as possible so that someone does not accidentally step inside and twist their leg or ankle. I noticed the hole a few days ago but it seems to have gotten bigger and bigger. Thanks!
