All streetlights are out on S Washington St. from E Third St. to at least E Smith. It is very dark and worrisome at night; there is very low visibility when I walk home. One of the posts has electrical wiring coming out of it. Many streetlight posts show damage. I first brought this issue up with Duke Energy and they said the City of Bloomington maintains this stretch of lights.
The S Sare Road location - marked above has very few streetlights located only on junctions and so I wanted to request the possibility of having more street-lights on this road since getting back home in the dark makes it risky to even walk around at night. Thank you!

Winding Way, Kingsley/Valleyview and a few spots on Briarcliff in Fritz Terrace need to be resurfaced. Might be easy to include in Kinser Pike resurfacing project currently. Specific pothole spots include: 1012 Winding Way, intersection of Winding Way and Stonycrest, 912,1141, 1132, 1122, 1112, 1102, 1031, 3351 Winding Way; 3401, 3431, 3451, 3501, 3501, 3521, 3621, 3711, 3232, 3212, 3101 Kingsley, Kingsley and Briarcliff, Kingsley and Meadow; 3402, 3342, 3332, 3311 Valleyview; and 1121 Briarcliff. This intersection is on a hill and it's very difficult to see oncoming traffic from the left. I think this should be a three way stop sign because the speed of the traffic makes it hard to stop.
This intersection is missing a stop sign on one side of the crossing. The cross traffic does not have to stop which may result in an accident if someone does not stop.
