Gordon Pike between Walnut and Rogers St has been repaved, but not striped and it's hazardous at night, especially when it rains. When will it be striped?

The traffic signal to turn left / east onto Bloomfield Road (2nd street) after exiting northbound 37 did not change a single time in over ten minutes. Most of the motorists either made U-turns or else turned left illegally onto Bloomfield road when no other cars were coming.
At the intersection of Kingston Drive and 3rd street, the walk signal for crossing 3rd street on the east side of Kingston (for example, from K-mart to Marsh) is malfunctioning. No matter how many times I push the "walk" button, the signal does not show "walk," and it makes this crossing perilous.

Address: 2907 Spangle Rd, Bloomingotn. There is a grate near the curb at the end of my driveway. The concrete is beginning to erode around the grate making it hazordous to walk and eventually drive on. I'm afraid someone will sprain an ankle if not repaired. Thanks.

There are a few pot holes in the alleys/entrances of our apartment buildings located at: 303/315 E. 8th St and 417 N. Grant St.
On Walnut Street northbound in front of the pet store near BHSS, there is a water/utility cover that is open or raised up in the street. I saw it yesterday, but hit it in the dark this morning.
Before bad weather gets here, can you PLEASE repair the pothole on Covey Lane right where it intersects with Thornton Drive? The hole just keeps getting bigger!! Thanks so much!!!
Because of the construction happening on S. Walnut I was recently stopped for almost ten minutes at the intersection of Walnut and Second. This is a road I use daily and I am accustomed to some delays. However, this evening (Thursday, 10/11/12 at about 6:40) the construction crew parked a cement mixer diagonally across the intersection making any driving impossible. There was no warning that this was taking place and no attempt to redirect traffic. After sitting through around 7 light cycles my boyfriend approached the driver at the head of the line and asked if they would mind turning right and going oh of their way so that he cars lined up with us could make our way around he impass. In the future I would suggest scheduling these events so temporary detours may be set up. Expecting citizens to spontaneously adjust to major construction set ups is unreasonable.
