We have a very large past-due balance on our bill that doesn't make sense to me. We have paid the bill on time every single time since we moved in august 2023. In November there was a leak and we got a statement credit to cover that cost which reduced the bill to zero for that month. but Since then, there has been a large past due balance that I don't really understand. The only street light here has been out for a while. It is very very dark on this street at night. Hard to see anything without using a flashlight and there is night time foot traffic and I and my neighbors would feel more comfortable going outside at night if the light was operating properly.

The intersection of E 10th St/SR 45 and Pete Ellis Drive is extremely dangerous for cars, cyclists, and pedestrians The stoplight needs a left turn signal for all four directions of travel, and a push-button activated walk signal. In addition, the two lanes of 10th Street need to be apportioned to a right straight/right turn lane, going both east and west, and a lefthand left turn lane.

1. Update the lanes on 10th street so that the right most lanes are the straight and turn right lanes and the inner lanes are turn left only lanes and 2. provide pedestrians with a crossing button as there are often persons who cross the street in order to use the bus stop at Fountain Park.
