There is a pile of five overturned scooters right in the middle of the sidewalk. Grant street right outside the library. Are pedestrians expected to clean this up?

Dead deer next to road on corner of Maxwell and hillside. On hillside, west of the intersection.
Excessive growth is an understatement. This property is located to the north of one of our properties and the weeds and brush growth is completely beyond the limits of City code and have, in fact, grown across the property line. This property is in the City limits and should be held to City standards. Please do something about this. Thank you.
North Dunn Street (north of the bypass) needs to be on the list to be resurfaced. We have some inveterate bike riders who commute to work from Blue Ridge. It would be helpful if they didn't face such considerable risks on the way. One intrepid biker sent a video of the ride. I'm attaching an image from the video.
Bicycle stolen from behind our carport at 1120 S. Nancy Street. The bicycle was locked to the antenna pole behind the carport. The steel cable locking the bike to the antenna pole was cut.
523 Plymouth road just north on sidewalk. Inaccessible large gap between sidewalk pieces
Can we get a second picnic table for the park ridge East Park shelter? One is lonely and there's definitely room for a second smaller one.
The parking lines around the square are extremely faded at this point. A light dusting of snow, and they will be completely invisible. Can we get those painted before the snow flies? Thanks!
Pile of metal near garage of 4011 e morningside. Looks like they're working on the house but still need to clean things up. Not sure why didn't put in the giant trash bin.
The "dismount zones" are not working. They never did work, and now the scooters are an even bigger hazard. I see people riding them on the sidewalks around the square every day. If riders can't be bothered to care on their own, maybe we need some enforcement personnel out there to make them care. If we can have parking meter patrols, then surely we can have sidewalk patrols with authority to issue citations.
