Limb fell in backyard and brought down a utility wire that is now hanging close to the alley. Not an electrical line - looks like communication. Not sure if this is a City issue or not, but the landlord (Parker Rentals) doesn't keep up properties, so it will just hang there until someone trips over it in the dark.
In the alley behind 1314 South lincoln are TWO maybe 15 foot long by about 3 feet long 'chuckholes' in the alley. They hold water for days after a rain. There needs to be gravel added or the alley needs to be regraded..These are Huge. Can you take care of this?
There is a City bench that is secured to the concrete, and someone has put their belongings underneath it, put a blue tarp over it, and tied it down. It has been there for two weeks now, and it is across from Chocolate Moose on the corner of Smith and Walnut.

There are exterior lights that are very bright and unshaded on the east side of this house that are lighting up neighboring properties. This has been documented by the city as light trespass and is a code violation, but seems like nothing is being done about this. They have been left on for days, day and night, and it is disruptive to nature and it is annoying. Is it ok because they have a million dollar house? Please enforce this. Stephen was asking about the city's response to Malibou house as he is a resident of the street on which one of their houses is located and expressed that he is already dealing with the effects of slummy properties, and this is making it much more difficult to deal with. He complained about noise, traffic, and the overall parking nightmare that has become of his culdesac.
