Planet fitness- Just now, the dispenser for the water bottles has black mildew or mold all around it. It’s very gross and a lot of people use it, although it’s dirty and never kept clean. Please send people to check it out

I saw 2 very deep potholes at 2115 S Yost Avenue today. It was too late to noticed them and it really damaged my car. I request urgent repair for this.
