It Is believed this home is being used as a sober living home. They are charging recovering addicts for a bed. I do not believe they have been approved for this by HAND or have any of the proper documentation to run a place of this nature. The company seems to be scamming people for money to get these homes in their program.

There's a dead deer on the street in front of 2543 Spicewood Ln. It's on the south side of the driveway in the street. Currently, it's mostly covered with snow from the snowplow.

717 S. park Ave. is being used as a short term rental. There is no valid occupancy permit since 2013 (see attached). No one has been in the house since football season, but during football season cars with license plates from various states were parked in the back during weekends when an IU home game was played.

Sexton Wilbert vault company continuously violates the cities noise ordinance and I would like to file a formal complaint. I have lived in the neighborhood for over 35 years without complaint, however, S & W is getting increasingly getting louder with their semi-truck idling for over 2 hours every week (1 - 3:30 a.m.). Also, their access from the street needs to be looked at. It is very dangerous to the traffic traveling east/west on Allen street. The access is too steep for them to stop with their oversized equipment attached to their vehicles. There was an accident a few weeks ago because the truck could not stop and crashed into oncoming traffic. This accident destroyed my mailbox and damaged my yard. I would greatly appreciate if someone from the street department could investigate the access in and out of Sexton Wilbert Vault Company. It is very dangerous and needs to be addressed. Sidewalks not cleared: 720 S College Mall Rd (E side) & 2628 E Covenanter Ct (E & W sides of College Mall) My wife and I walked to the "Shoppes" this morning on College Mall Road. After climbing over deep mounds of snow on the W side of Covenanter and crossing College Mall Road, we found that there had been no effort made to clear the sidewalk on the E side. Thinking we could return more easily by going North and crossing on Buick Cadillac Drive, we tried that. No attempt had been made to clear this sidewalk either. These are ALL commercial properties that should be responsible for clearing; that had done so for cars.

We need more indoor dog training and daycare businesses. As we keep increasing density, there is a lack of services. How can we make this happen? Can the city work to get more emergency veterinary services as well for our growing population? It seems pet watching services need an expanded area in which they’re allowed. They’re essential for functioning cities. We love our pets and want more care! Thanks for considering and hopefully working on this!
