Very strong smell of smoke all over E 10th Street and State Road 45. It is difficult to tell where it is coming from-- no visible flames from my location-- but it seems unlikely that so much smoke could be generated by a fireplace.
Meters, Today is government holiday so I thought the meters would be off. However I found it wasn't the case. Some meters read "free parking" and some read the regular about and running times. I wanted to check to see if your website mention that the meters were running the webpage cited the holidays and dates the meters were off but today wasn't mentioned. I paid $3.00 just to be safe because I rather pay now than have a $50 tickets. However I feel that the meter should be constant and that you web page give a clear answer. Bike rack at Park Ridge East playground is damaged and coming loose from the pavement; it looks like a car has run into it.
Resident called Planning and Transportation to report tree branches are down in the street. They moved them off to the side of the street, but will need to be picked up.
Still has overgrown yard, grass is 2 feet tall, from ticket 202476
