They picked up my recycling, but left the trash in the cart. I left the cart at the curb so they can pick it up. There is not room in the cart for this week's and next week's trash.

There is some sort of storm drain cover between 718 and 706 University that flips over if you step on it. I was walking down the sidewalk on the north side of the street and had to walk on the grass to avoid low hanging trees (that really need to be trimmed). I stepped on the cover and it flipped and I fell into it up to my knee, causing several serious scrapes on my leg. It is very dangerous! I was hurt so I didn't take note of the exact address, but it's on the patch of grass between the sidewalk and the street, and the low-hanging trees make it impossible to walk down the sidewalk - more people are going to fall in it. Please fix it so it doesn't flip - it was a very scary and painful experience!
The alley behind my house which connects West 3rd St to Euclid Avenue has developed some major potholes as utility trucks have passed through. My neighbors and I (8 of us) all park behind our houses along this alley, and the deep holes are difficult to navigate. It's a gravel alley which has been regraded before and I am wondering if it can be done again. Thank you.
Re case # 164723 (Supposedly resoled) Grass has been cut. Absolutely correct. But how about the E First sidewalk towards Rose? I do not see any improvement there. Low-hanging branches hitting me in the face and arms. Also, another problem has arisen: corner of Eastside and E First: long vegetation is starting to impair the view to the left where cars may be coming out of nothing from E First. The barrier in the west bound lane of Country Club west of the Rogers light blocks too much road. I know you're trying to discourage people from going down Country Club and cutting through the neighborhood but the fact is that we are going to do it. Right now turning west from northbound Rogers leaves very little room if someone is in the Country Club left turn onto nb Rogers. Please consider moving that barrier mostly to the side of the road and grass, not in the road. There are going to be accidents from people turning west and not noticing until it's too late how little road is available if cars are in the left turn lane.
Please unblock this road it is ridiculous I live at 2738 S Pinehurst Dr and I have to drive though some neighborhood to get to my house. If you are trying to stop people from going through my neighborhood you are failing because people will just go through more neighborhood to get around the construction and can you blame them you have completely shut the south side of town down and you are going to send all the Jehovah’s Witnesses though my neighborhood now since you cut off the only direct access to their church.
Lights 118 (Rogers and B-Line) and 149 (between Adams and Moravec Way) are not working.
There is a dead raccoon on the north side of W 7th St, along the Fairview playground. It is in the grass adjacent to the sidewalk, across the street from 621 W. 7th. Thank you :)
