FYI, in case some infrastructure improvement is planned, to please include some remediation of this past and future mosquito breeding environment. Thanks again.

First Street, between College and Rogers, is completely open and has been for weeks. Why is the #2 route (southbound) not using it? The detour is no longer needed.
The street lights on the south side of 2nd Street where the bline crosses 2nd Street are out.
The lid on my trash bin is slightly bent. I can get it to close, but after the trash is picked up, it won't close completely. If it is raining, the bin fills with water. Can someone fix this? Thank you!
