The house next to my property has some new people in it. I do not know if they are the new owners or they are just renting but they are running a daycare business out of the home. There are at least 10 kids being dropped off and picked up each day. Vehicles block my driveway in the evenings. Is this legal? Can they run this out of their home? My question is concerning parking in the 4th street garage. I have a monthly pass and park in the garage Monday - Friday. There are signs that say "Do Not Back In." Why is this a rule? It is easier to pull out at night if I back into my spot. But I don't want to get a ticket for parking illegal. Thanks for your time.

I was out of town for a few days and when I returned found what appears to be a survey stake in my backyard, a wooden stake with orange flagging tied to it. I don't see any other stakes in any direction and this one is unmarked. Was this left by the city and can I now remove it? My address is 3109 S. Daniel St.

I live in the Bryan Park area (1412 S Henderson) and have noticed a rat in my side yard/alley near my house. My traps are not proving successful, and I am wondering if anyone in pest/control can help. I am concerned about this rat breeding and causes more issues for my neighbors and I. I also am a dog owner and although my dogs are up to date on their vaccinations, I am concerned about possible diseases the rat could be carrying. Thank you.

Found a drug needle on the sidewalk on North Madison across from Bloomington foods, on the sidewalk of that photo restoration company or whatever. Also, across the street from there in the bushes where Chase Bank drive-in used to be, there are a ton of clothes and old junk hiding in the bushes that has been there for months.
