Vulgar calls for chaos, rebellion, and instigating gang-related activity

A few months ago (Beginning of September), I noticed spray paint graffiti on the front of the detached garage belonging to the house that I rent at 702 W. 13th St. My landlord asked that I file a report in addition to one that she filed (I believe for insurance purposes). Since this happened a little while ago, I'm happy to answer any follow up questions needed to file a report.

“Free Speech Bridge” on Eagleson Avenue has hateful, disturbing grafitti. The red hands, red triangles and “Zionism Will Fall” messaging are paticulalry heinous and disturbing as they are often viewed as a call to violence, a call for the murder of all Jewish people. This neighbor is insane. His yard is a trash dump. He burns garbage in his yard every morning. He has spikes with helmets on them. He has a tent in his front yard. His driveway looks like a dumpster. Please do something to help our neighborhood not have to deal with this every day.
