Dog belonging to neighbor, Brittney Powers, continually trespasses our property, agitating our pets, opening doors and coming inside our home leaving mud stains on our carpets, and getting into our trash. We have repeatedly contacted the owner, but she says her dog doesn’t mind their invisible fence and keeps getting out. This situation has been going on for months. We are very frustrated and think that this is not a responsible pet owner.

I am writing to express a concern regarding the recent snow removal efforts on N Washington Street between 16th and 17th. Currently, only one lane has been plowed, leaving large piles of snow in the street as well as in designated parking areas on the north side of the street. This has created significant issues for residents and visitors, as parking on the street is nearly impossible without risking falls or accidents due to the icy and uneven conditions. I kindly request that the street be re-plowed, with particular attention to clearing the north side, and salted to ensure safer access for pedestrians and vehicles. The sidewalk has not been cleared of snow - thus my son had to wait for the City bus in the street. There are at least 5-10 kids that get on the bus at this stop every morning.

The crews that installed the digital fiber in front of my house cut down some small trees, but didn't haul away the branches. The chipper truck came through and picked up tree debris from other yards, but not from mine. Can it still be picked up?

Who enforces and how are snow-blocked sidewalks cleared when property owner refuses to clear this sidewalk?

The towing company just north of Switchyard on Walnut has not only not cleaned their sidewalks but they have blocked them with feet of piled up snow. This is dangerous for pedestrians!
