Dear Ms Carter, Good Morning. Thank you so much-I appreciate the help (Reference uReport Case #163754) I talked to you on last Friday. You asked me about my problems and the same day sent help to (1) fix the wheels of the recycle bin and (2) to fix the mail box and attach it firmly to the stand (the base of the mailbox is broken but that's not creating any problems; moreover, it was a day of constant rain and there was no way to address that) Overall, I am thankful and satisfied. Based on past experiences, getting something done at home has been a real hassle. So, the expectations were about long delay and repeated requests and so on. So, I really appreciate the courteous, prompt and professional service. There are a couple of large potholes on Atwater that could easily damage a car. Our buses have to avoid them and it is not always possible to do so. Thank you, IU Campus Bus

City of Bloomington, While I avoided two major potholes, oncoming traffic caused me to hit a third major "car killer" sized pothole on the way to dropping my daughter off at Highland Park Elementary. This pot hole ripped huge holes in both of my passenger tires, requiring my BMW to be towed to the shop for complete tire replacement. I would love for you to pay for the damages, since even though you might not be able to fix the pothole due to the cold it should have at least been filled with gravel. At the absolute minimum the potholes on that road need to be taken care of *immediately*. Thank you for your time, Timothy Johnson

Street tree that's in the City right-of-way has many low hanging branches that are making travel on the sidewalk and street hazardous. Request that a Street crew please take a look at this tree and trim as necessary. Thank you.

When turning out of E. Wilson St. onto S. Woodlawn Ave., it's nearly impossible to see oncoming traffic from the north because of a large yew bush close to the street. The bush is in the southeast corner of the lawn at the second house north of the intersection. It was difficult to see when the bush was small and has only gotten worse.
