my bill was adjustment and the correct charge for small cart on January, but and this month February 2018 the problem back I have charge for a medium cart. On 17th street between Assembly Hall and Briscoe in the eastbound lane there are several large potholes that drivers have been reporting.

The yard of this property has been in this condition since Mid-December. As this is a registered rental in the City of Bloomington, it is especially maddening as one might assume a ‘professional’ property manager was responsible for maintenance of the property. Can you copy Doris Sims, the HAND director, with this complaint?

The light at the intersection of Union and 10th has a turn arrow. Last summer the turn arrow stopped working. I assumed it was due to reduced traffic from fewer students. But it's approaching a year and the arrow still does not work. P.S. There are potholes in the left turn lane on Union, turning East onto 10th. They make that turn really rough.
