Not sure who to contact for fiber installation issues. The workers installed a plastic access pipe in people front yard in the corner of driveway and sidewalk. Inevitably, a large truck is going to drive over it and crush it, potentially damaging the fiber. They removed the tarp with dirt, so I a now assume they are done? On 8th St. in between Dunn and Indiana there are absolutely no street lights and it is pitch black at night. One block up the street (towards Grant) there are some but none on our side.

One way street sign at the SW corner of 4th/Dunn intersection has been run over
Blocked sidewalk, no chance of wheelchairs getting past. Obstruction should be moved elsewhere
My roommates and I have discovered that there was a leak with one of our toilets which caused it to continously run. So after we received our first month water bill we noticed that the bill was outrageously high and we immediately called the landlord to fix the leak. Since there was a leak, I am requesting a water bill appeal form if possible. Thank you.
